6 Weird Things About Me. *bow*

Posted by Jeff |

Each player of this games starts with 6 weird things about you. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state the rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave a comment that says you are tagged in their comments and tell them to read your blog.

Yeah. I got tagged, so... Here. 6 weird things about me.

1. When I was a kid, I always thought the basketball crowd were chanting "Pippen!" instead of "Defense!" so I thought they want to hire Scottie Pippen or something.

2. I practice football moves(elastico, rabona, rai flick to name some) on our house... Using a basketball ball or a volleyball ball instead of a football ball. Balls. Dammit. Anyway, it it because my football ball(here we go again) is currently missing... Well, it's not my football ball... It was my cousin's football ball. Damn balls.

3. I always forget things(makakalimutin). I dunno if that was weird, but hey, I'm still young and I live an active life. I don't have alzheimer's(whatever the spelling is) disease.

4. I always do that wrist flicking motion(some of you, y'know what I mean) whenver my body is on standby mode. I dunno why though. Good thing it stopped now. Haha.

5. Whenever I see someone cry and I look at their eyes... I always feel like I want to cry too. Again, I dunno why.

6. I do not get fat no matter how many set of meals I eat in a day. I dunno if I have worms on my stomach or intestines... But still... I wanna gain some weight...

School's out... no more. T_T

Posted by Jeff |

Yeah well... After the last day of school... I was singing this song by Alice Cooper... It's title is "School's Out"

Well we got no choice
All the girls and boys
Makin' all that noise
'Cause they found new toys

Well we can't salute ya
Can't find a flag
If that don't suit ya
That's a drag

School's out for summer!
School's out forever!
School's been blown to pieces!

No more pencils
No more books
No more teachers dirty looks

Well we got no class
And we got no principles
And we got no innocence
We can't even think of a word that rhymes

School's out for summer!
School's out forever!
My School's been blown to pieces!

School's out for summer!
School's out forever!
I'm bored to pieces!

Out for summer
Out till fall
We might not go back at all

School's out for ever
School's out for summer
School's out with fever
School's out completely
But now... Well, we only have about 9days left till doomsday. Well then... What else do we do? Last minute fun! Here's what I'm gonna do for the last days of summer:

1. Guitar Hero 2- I'm gonna try 5-starring Rock This Town, Beast and the Harlot, and Misirlou to get the Log!

2. Try sleeping earlier than normal. Now that school's back, we need to wake up early. Nobody wants to sleep for 30mins only!

3. Get another game, preferrably Okami/FFXII(again)/MGS:Portable Ops, and try to finish it before school.

4. Get my memory back in shape. Well, many of my friends know that I easily forget things, and because of summer... It has gotten worse. Now I need something to prevent that.

Oh well, let's just pray everything goes well this school year. ~_^

Pepe Reina saves the day!

Posted by Jeff |

YEAH! Liverpool are going to Athens!

Well, here's the story of their stunning win over Chelsea, I'll only tell the story of the penalty shootout. I'm watching(and pausing) it as I am posting here!

Liverpool strikes first.

Boudewijn Zenden steps up first for L'pool, kicks the ball, and goes to the back of the net!
1-0 for L'pool!

Arjen Robben goes first for Chelsea, kicks the ball, but Pepe Reina guessed it right, and saves the shot of Robben!
Still 1-0 for L'pool!

Xabi Alonso is next, kicks the ball, Petr Cech didn't save it, and Xabi scores!
2-0 for L'pool!

Frank Lampard is next to Xabi, he strikes, and this time Pepe didn't save it! Lampard scores Chelsea's first!
2-1, with L'pool still in the lead!

Steven Gerrard goes to the penalty area, strikes, and for the third time Cech didn't save it! Gerrard increases L'pool's lead!
3-1, L'pool's rolling!

Geremi is the 3rd Chelsea penalty taker, he goes for it, and Reina saves it! Geremi failed to decrease the gap!
3-1, L'pool is close in going to Athens!

The next penalty is critical for L'pool, if they hit it, they win and they go to Athens for the UEFA Champions League final showdown between the winner of the AC Milan/Man United match. If they miss, Chelsea still has a chance.

Dirk Kuyt is the decisive taker, he takes the penalty... AND HE SCORES! Kuyt has taken L'pool to Athens!

Final score: 1-1 aet., 4-1(PSO)

Man, that was some shootout!

Another rant + futbol happiness

Posted by Jeff |

Yeah. Well, yesterday, while I was reading miscellaneous things, I suddenly read someone below the poverty line about blaming the government for blah blah blah, y'know. And then I saw this quote: "Poverty is not a liscense nor an excuse to commit crime and blame the government."

And so I suddenly went berserk, grabbed my cellphone and sent a group message about my thoughts on the quote. That time when I went berserk was the first one this summer. Here's the message:

"Jeez, they vote for the person they want to lead, and then they go form a rally to oust the same person they voted for(Erap, GMA for example). I just don't get it. Another thing, they blame the government for not having any food to feed for their children, but the money they should be using to buy food ended up somewhere else. Drugs, luxury, personal needs. So, they are forced to become criminals to earn back that money, but [instead of earning the money] they could end up in jail. DAMN!"

Okay, set aside that rant. Let's go to my favorite sport.

UEFA Champions League, biggest event in European club-level football. Four teams remain: AC Milan[Italy], Manchester United[England], Chelsea[England] and Liverpool[England].(Boo! No Arsenal! T_T)

The first leg between Milan and ManUtd was yesterday, and I was sooooo happy to see the results. Wayne Rooney of ManUtd was back in his top form and he scored an injury time/added time goal to seal a 3-2 victory against Milan at Old Trafford[Utd's home ground]. But you could never say that ManUtd will go to the final, since Milan has 2 away goals at their pocket, and a 2-1 win at their own turf at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza will mean that it will be Milan who will be going to the final(away goals rule) but a 3-2 victory would mean extra time and possibly a penalty shootout. But if ManUtd wins, show is over, it's gonna be an all England club final.

And today would be the first leg of the Chelsea vs Liverpool semis. My bet here would be Liverpool, why?
1. Chelsea is Arsenal's rival. End of statement.
2. I don't want Chelsea to win the Treble this season.
3. I believe in Crouch, Gerrard and the other L'pool players.

Oh well, that ends my post. Haha. Have a nice day! d(",d)

FIFA07/Football

Posted by Jeff |

w00t. Haven't posted here in a while... Been busy playing FIFA07. Well, what is it?

It's a football game(obviously). And anyone who's in to football should know these leagues:
England's Premier League [Arsenal!]
France's Orange League 1(Ligue Orange 1) [Lyon!]
Spain's La Liga(Spanish Primera) [Real Madrid!]
Italy's Serie A [AC Milan!] [*On Serie B, it's Juventus!]
Germany's Bundesliga 1 [Bayern Munich!]

I do have a favorite team on those leagues, indicated inside [].

What's addicting in this game is the Manager Mode. Here you play the role of the Team Manager of any club you choose and your goal is to build your club as a powerhouse team for 15seasons(each season starts at around August/September and ends at May).

Err... Yeah.

Anyway, if you do like football, (support Arsenal!) check out the sites I usually go to.
www.premierleague.com -> Premier League
www.lfp.es -> La Liga

www.arsenal.com -> Arsenal's official webpage

and if you don't like football, nevermind this post. ^_^

JS... Prom?

Posted by Jeff |

Okay, so first of all... What's the difference between our Prom and our Celestial Party? Here are the answers. Seriously, there are differences.
1. attire(obviously)
2. free food
3. table assignment
4.rigodon de honor(again, obviously)

That's all... So, how about the similarity?
1. music(You're wearing a damn formal attire[gowns anyone?] and you're dancing to the beat of Sexy Back by J.Timberlake or Sugod by Sandwich... Just... Wow.)

Wow. Well, not that I'm complaining... but... It's just not right. The music I mean. Where else have I seen gown-wearing ladies and dudes that look like congressmen and senators that are dancing like wild? Only at RC. @_@

Uh... Yeah.

Posted by Jeff |

Well... Here I am again! I have gathered enough energy to make a post!

First, The NBA All-Star game. I had a bet with someone... Me betting that the East would crush the West, 155-134... But... The reciprocal(wow!) happened, the West defeated the East, 153-132.(Damn! Predicted score was so close!)

Second, my studies. Yup, I'm not having an easy time these days... I dunno why. Distractions maybe? Well, I don't think so. Maybe it's because I'm just lazy.

Third, a new layout. I'm sick of this layout I am presently using... So I'm hunting for a new one... Expect to see a change anytime now.

Oh well... That's all the energy I have.

Back and better.

After a month or so of nothing but lying on my bed thinking "when will that f'n computer be fixed?" here I am once again.

Let's see... What was I doing these past days...
1. Guitar Hero II
2. Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA
3. Proving in Trigonometry
4. Texting
5. Playing on my cellphone

Well, that's about it, 'cause the list goes on and on and on...

Oh, I'll try to think of a topic to post here... Sooner or later...

The party is celestial...

Posted by Jeff |

And so it ended... The event most or the RCians were waiting for... The event where they could be with their loved ones for about 3hrs... The event that could change your life... The event that can ultimately decide your lovelife...

The celestial party.

And me, just like some of my fellow students... Well, let's just say... I went to heaven and not to hell. You may ask why... And here's the story.

3:30-ish = the series of events started. Presentation of the 7 archangels.(w00t, MP won!)
4:30-ish = the next event. Battle of the Bands.
6:00-ish = rnd of the battle. We went to the canteen. We were so f'n hungry.
6:30-ish = the party begun. Lights went out. People were screaming, we were... eating. =P
6:50-ish = we went out to the canteen. Near the entrance of the gym, I accidentally bumped with "her".(yeah, you-know-who)
7:10-ish = we were roaming around the gym. Looking for crazy people.
7:25-ish = I saw her seating. I sat next to her. :D
7:30-ish = music suddenly turned to mild, Pwede Ba by Soapdish to be exact. Somebody asked her to be danced for 1 song. She asked me, and I, being "generous" as always, said yes.
7:35-ish = Pwede Ba was over. I was roaming around. I saw her looking for someone... it was me. She pulled me gently and said, "Diba sabi mo isasayaw mo ko?"

And me, not dancing for 2 straight years, almost tripped myself. LOL. Anyway, yeah, we danced. I was teasing here whenever I have the chance.

7:50-ish = song was wild again. We sat down. Talked a bit and we were both silent.
8:10-ish = song became mild for the 2nd time. I asked her to dance again. She agreed. I was so happy. =P
8:30-ish = wild again. We were arguing on who would dance, in a wild way, first. Heck, we even played rock-paper-scissors to decide. And I, well... lost. But I didn't dance. I'm wise y'know.
8:45-ish = song was mild for the last time. I tried to hold her closer, but there were teachers roaming, and well, I still wanna reach the 4th quarter.
9:10-ish = lights were back. The party was over. We didn't want to separate, we even held hands as we were separating, while we were looking at each other.

Oh well, that's all for now folks.

*note: not sure about the 9:10-ish part. I was like, drunk at that part.
**note: I am also not sure about the time.

Six sides. One ANGLE.

Posted by Jeff |

For those who were wondering, my YM! status was about this.

Kurt Angle signing on TNA.

Well, you see... TNA is the closest enemy of WWE. And now that they have signed the "greatest wrestler of all time", I'm sure their rating will skyrocket.

1996 Atlanta Olympics Gold Medalist.
2000 King of the Ring.
4-time WWE Champion.
Former World Heavyweight Champion.
Grand Slam Champion.
Triple Crown Champion.

Who would not want to watch the intensity he gives every match he does?!

TNA definitely got themselves a huge asset to attract wrestling viewers.

A post at last!

Posted by Jeff |

Okay, so many things had happened... This and that, these and those... And I always forget to slap those things on this blog. Oh, I'm still young by the way, I just tend to forget things. =P

Okay, first one, O2Jam. Yeah, Jomz, Kaira and Pisco are also playing now. And I am the strongest, of course. Just look at the level differences. 34>17(?)>11(?)>8(?). See the difference? Good.

Second, football. Some of you know that I am talking about soccer here, not football like NFL and such. It's fun, waaaay more fun than basketball, I just hope others realize that. Soccer is also better than basketball when you want to exercise yourself, reduce weight, improve your reflexes and stamina and such. How? First, reducing wieght. Just look at the playing field, bigger than a basketball court right? Run around it for about 10 laps while dribbling a ball, and eat anything that you would normally eat when you are on a diet. Next one, exercise, and improving your stamina. Just play one game, you being a midfielder, helping both the strikers and the defenders. Running back and forth, you get tired easily right? But when you get used to it, you would notice your stamina improved. Of course, exercise comes in there also. Running and such. How about the reflexes? Play as the goalkeeper, and just keep your eye on the ball. Catch it whenever you can. Reflexes +1.

Darn it, I'm out of words already.

w00t!

Posted by Jeff |

I had a good week, haha.

Band Marching - yeah, I wasn't really nervous because I am at the back, but still, I really prayed that we could get atleast 2nd place. And it got answered!

We had a tie with St.Tarcisius. Heck, I don't even care if we get 2nd place anymore, as long as we are exempted in the exam! w00t! Heck, the feeling... I can't describe... :D

Jeff Hardy - yeah well, he was my fave star in TNA, until he started doing no-shows. bummer. He was also part of my fave stable, the Hardy Boyz, and I saw good news. Jeff's back on the WWE. I'll be praying that he will be part of the Smackdown roster, not RAW, so that the Hardy Boyz could reunite. LADDERS!

Chaos

Posted by Jeff |

Hoo boy, there are ongoing problems with me here, so I can't post in an almost weekly schedule. I'll try to fix that.

Guitar Hero!

Posted by Jeff |

YAY! Finally got myself a copy of GH, after 2-3 weeks of dreaming of touching and using one. Man, it is very addicting, I'm telling you. I can't stop thinking about it... I wanna play eveyday. Too bad there's school to kill you.

BUT, there are no classes today! Thanks GMA! Thanks SONA!

And yeah, maybe I will be changing my skin, sooner or later...

White... Lady?

Posted by Jeff |

I just watched teh movie with my friends, and I can only describe it in one word... Here's a clue, it starts with CR and ends with AP, gets?

Well, it is your typical pinoy horror movie. The body dies, ghost is formed, it will be first shown scaring a janitor, then it will have revenge on those who killed it, then a priest will bless the place where it died. THE END. It is very predictable. There are no good plot twists. CRAP.

Oh well, enough of that, I was hoping there would still be a GH stock tomorrow at ATC. I'm going there as early as 10am. Part of my life would be complete if I could get my hands on one, a bigger part if I could own one.

XD

Booty happy!

Posted by Jeff |

I was typing something else here. I was almost finished, when someone just BUZZ!!!-ed me without any reason.

I tried to run the booting program, while whispering this words "Tae, di naman 'to gagana, sayang lang ata energy ko na ginamit pangclick dito." when suddenly, out of nowhere(maybe it came from Davey Jones' locker)...

IT APPEARED! The freakin program just appeared! I was like "ZOMGWTF?!"

I just wanted to say...

Whenever I am not in the mood to chat, or I am playing O2Jam, and then you suddenlt BUZZ!!!-ed out of nowhere, I know what to do now!

Savvy?

Posted by Jeff |

Just watched PotC:Dead Man's Chest today. I have to say, I had a good laugh and I have tons of questions waiting to be answered.

Spoilers could be up ahead. Read at your own risk.

Very Funny. Jack still as clumsy as ever, falling from the Pearl's stairs while taunting Davey Jones, falling from a gravehole while escaping, and tons more. He became a chief, but got "betrayed" by the canibals. They almost, or should I say, he almost cooked himself out of stupidity. But, even though he's clumsy and stupid, he still knows how to think. He escaped from being a good 'ol cap'n to a burned one. He was very clever.

I can't wait for May next year. Rumors are flying around that Jack ain't dead yet when he got swallowed by the kraken. They say he was taken in Davey Jones' locker, a mysterious place at the "end" of the world. The Pearl was with him. Barbossa will be helping Will and Elizabeth save Jack, and also, Bootstrap Bill Turner, father of Will. LOL, I thought that the title might be "At World's End" but there are tons of possible titles for that.

Oh well, so much for Pirates, I think I can't get my copy of Guitar Hero tomorrow, me dad is sick, and might not be able to take me at ATC(My money is only around 2000, so I need him to add)... D:

Oh well, can't type anything anymore.

WOW! LONG TIME NO POST!

Posted by Jeff |

Yes finally! Last time I posted(t'was me first post) was when I finished KH2. Now, uncountable things happened. I forgot this account's username and password. Good thing I remembered. Third year, I officially am now. Darn it, it's so hard I doubt I could even go to skool next year.

I want my copy of Guitar Hero! That game is just... musical. I can't stop thinking about it. It gives me... headaches. I'm praying that this sunday or saturday, I could go to ATC Datablitz and buy myself a copy, with the controller of course.

No classes today! wheee, I have time to look for a vial, whatever that is. I need 3, somebody give me one! or three.

I can't post much now, I can't think of anything... OH!

Darn it, I still can't believe France lost to the Italians. That penalty kick by David Trezeguet was... so damn close. It was just a miracle. Good thing Zidane still won the golden ball, even after giving an Italian player(I forgot the name) a headbutt.

I can't think of anything else now, except for 2 things: A new copy of KH2(I'm close the TWTNW!) and a copy of Guitar Hero, and the controller for it, of course.

Got it memorized?

Posted by Jeff |

Haha, first post...

To get things started around here...

I just finished KH2! w00t! Haha!

Game Lvl: Standard Mode
Jiminy's Journal: 86%
Gummi Routes: 5%(I suck at Gummi battles)
Healed Party Members: 66 times
Saved by Mickey: 2 times
Most used Form: Valor(Man, Hero's Crest + Star Seeker + Valor = 10+ secs. in the air!)
Used Anti-Form: 4 times(And this form pops out on wrong times, dang!)
Most used Summon: Chicken Little, 3 times(This little birdie is 1337, FPS!!!)

And oh, BTW, I was deeply saddened(correct me spelling if wrong) by what happened to Axel...
Man, Axel was me fave Organization member... He was... 1337 too!

Haha, sooooo useless first post..

Oh well, I hope I improve... ;)

Note: I was only level 47 when I whooped Xemnas's candyass(LOL The Rock?), 3 levels below the recommended level for The World That Never Was... Beat that!
