Ultra Beatdown

Posted by Jeff |

Umm... Yeah. I just uh... "got" Dragonforce's new album, entitled "Ultra Beatdown" and even though I always say that I find the album name gay, the tracks in there apparently are not.

Starchaser...

Yeah, Heroes of our Time got my heart. I'm LSS'd. :D

MP woes...

Posted by Jeff |

Finally, I was able to configure DJGPP so that it would run on my laptop... Then comes the bigger problem...

HOW WILL I START THE MP?!

Yeah, the MP's about a snake game. I don't know exactly where to start... T_T

And with depression still ticking me, it's kinda hard to think about it.

God please help me.

Trying to remove depression out of me...

Posted by Jeff |

I just woke up, still feeling down. Nobody's here at home.

So I opened my lappy, browsing the internet, trying everything to forget this feeling. D:

I tripped on this site, and I just want to try it out. This is the thing that I got:

What Jeff Means

You are fair, honest, and logical. You are a natural leader, and people respect you.

You never give up, and you will succeed... even if it takes you a hundred tries.

You are rational enough to see every part of a problem. You are great at giving other people advice.

You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.

You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.

At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.

You are loving, compassionate, and ruled by your feelings.

You are able to be a foundation for other people... but you still know how to have fun.

Sometimes your emotions weigh you down, but you generally feel free from them.

Iunno, it's sounds quite true...

Depression, round 2

Posted by Jeff |

Mm. Some of you might remember me before getting depressed for almost 3 days. So yeah, it's back again. I won't be mentioning why, it's kinda personal.

Pray for me.

Flood.

Posted by Jeff |

So I just got off the bus after my usual morning trip going to DLSU, but a minute before that Lord (yeah, that's his name. :>) texted me this:

"Ihanda mo na salbabida mo, baha sa may quirino."

So at first I thought he was just kidding, so after arriving at Quirino Ave., I looked to the left and, sadly, it's indeed flooded. Thank God I was wearing slippers so I bravely walked through it, the flood as high as my ankle I think.

Now this got me to say: "This is gonna be the start of a bumpy ride."

Yes, I go home at Cavite everyday, so I always arrive at Quirino everyday. I don't expect another flood like that anytime soon, but I know I'll experience more(or even worse) of this kind of weather. :>

Eraserheads: Back in Black!

Posted by Jeff |

Yes, there were rumors flying around that Eheads would be having a reunion concert... And yes! The rumors are true! It's gonna happen at the CCP Open Grounds at August 30, although I do not know as of now what time it's gonna start... But WTF, IT'S THE ERASERHEADS!

I admit, I have only heard of them in their albums, but hey, they sound great, and all my cousins and friends who were in their high school lives said they roxx, so why would I disagree?

I'm pretty excited about this one. :D

Movie marathon at school.

Story starts with me arriving at Quirino Ave. at 7:55 am... Think I'm early? Class "starts" at 8 am. So I ran across Taft until Andrew Gonzales building, climbed 9 floors using the stairs, only to find out that our prof's gonna be late again. He arrived at around 8:20 am. Damn, after all those running... Heh.

Anyway, it was PERSEF1, and what we did was we watched a movie entitled "Love Actually", a romantic comedy film about... Love. Heh. I remember myself saying "my virgin eyes!"(I was mocking Iya) a lot of times because of some... "scenes". So yeah, we never finished the movie, with our prof only telling us what happened in the end.

So next subject, it was COMPRO1. Yeah, interesting but at the same time, boring. Loops, loops, loops. I had enough of it when I was in high school, and now it's haunting me again.

So lunch time, me and my girlfriend had lunch. I had a really greaaaat time!

Then the last subject came, BASICON. Heh. I actually fell asleep because of the freezing temperature(rain + aircon = ???). So yeah, it was a review for our DepEx tomorrow. Then the next period, we watched another film, this time it's about Gates, Jobs and Wozniak's "stupidity", rivalry and friendship, as I would describe it. Heh. I actually find the movie a lil bit nice.

And now here I am, reviewing for BASICON. Goodluck to me!

BASICON. Srs bsns.

Yeah, we've got a departmental exam coming up this Tuesday for BASICON. And I'm too lazy to study... Heh. That's life!

So Katrina(*points to links*) just posted on RHQ(*points on other links*) the 4th chapter of FORKS, our very own uh... Suspense(?) story. So on that chapter, which I read an hour ago, had me saying this line which made me laugh so hard:

"Those are definitely sex moans."

Made me LOL. Heh. Thanks Kat(mania)! Hope you would make chapter 5 better than chapter 4 lol.

So I ran out of thoughts. Imma post again later, maybe. :P

Boy bands return to my mind...

Posted by Jeff |

Yeah, thanks a lot (Mark) Moraga.(I know you're blaming Iya for this, but I'm blaming you for this)

So yeah, about an hour or so ago earlier, Moraga and I had a teenie weenie chat that started from God-knows-what until we reached the topic about boy bands.

So I -immediately- opened LimeWire, and started downloading songs from the boybands he mention, doing it in alphabetical order. I started with A1. Heh.

So yeah, nostalgia. I remember my grade school times where boy bands are the shit.

Memories... *sobs*

This is serious.

Yes, I have decided to update my blog once again! And I swear I'm gonna do it atleast 3 times a week! (I see Chiel grinning. Heh.)

Anyway, Guitar Hero: On Tour got me hooked lately, although it's a very short game.

(Pardon the bad quality of the pics!)

I also got Rock Band and the Fender controller, so now I have 3 guitar controllers! w00t!

Over at school...

Looks like Tekken: Dark Resurrection became S17's official game(THANK GOD IT'S NOT DOTA!) because a lot of my blockmates enjoy beating each other to death - virtually.

So, we've been discussing and studying (and learning) the programming language C for only around 2 months(Well, atleast for most of us, it's 2 months. Some have been studying it for years already) and we've got a project already... Creating the game "Snake". Yes, that game where in a snake would roam around, eat "food" and die if it crashes on the wall. I'm worried that I won't make it in time. God help me.

Heh. Well, I think that's it for today. So I hope I could update again by tomorrow. :D
